Information You Provide About Others, The content you choose to upload to our service, including your photos may include personal information of others. If you choose to share your photographs or other information with someone else through a feature we offer, we will use the personal information you provide (for example, the e-mail address of the recipient) to fulfill your request and for other purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Before you upload and/or share personal information of others through our service, please ensure that you have the consent of such persons to do so.
Other Information Contained in Your Photos, When you upload your photos to our platforms your photo content may also include related image information such as the time and the place your photo was taken, tags and similar information stored by your image capture device.
2. Sharing Your Personal Information
We may disclose and share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers and affiliates for purposes outlined in this Policy, such as order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing.
A. Within Our Corporate Organization. The Company is a part of a corporate organization that has several legal entities, business processes, management structures and technical systems. We may share your personal information with our affiliated group of companies and, in some cases, other affiliates of our corporate group for business maintenance and personalization continuity purposes, for instance so that you may enjoy a personalized user experience across our digital properties, to provide you with the Services, or to take actions based on your requests or preferences. However, the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Please note that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We strongly recommend that you use a secure method and use a complex password to help you secure your account. As per our Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to share your password with others and we strongly advise you not to re-use passwords on our Services that you use on other sites or apps, as doing so increases the likelihood of your being the victim of a credential stuffing attack or other malicious cyber behavior.

5. Your Rights Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

5.6 Right to Object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.
5.7 Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
For the security of your personal information, we cannot respond to a request to access or delete information unless we are able to both verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you and/or your household. If you have an account on any of our Sites and Apps, we may verify your identity by having you log in to your account. If you do not have an account on our Sites and Apps, we will attempt to verify your request by asking you to provide identifying information that we will match to information in our files. We will only use that information for the purpose of verifying your identity or another's authority to make the request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your agent will need to provide a Power of Attorney authorizing the agent to act on your behalf, or will need to complete the same verification procedures that would be required for a request submitted by you directly, and provide information that allows us to verify your authorization. 6. Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy or to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
7. Third-Party Websites
Our Apps or Site may contain links to third-party sites. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of any other sites that you visit as we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 16 or minors (as defined by applicable national laws). If you are a minor, please do not attempt to fill out our forms or send any personal information about yourself to us. If a minor has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us.
9. Storage and Transfer of Your Personal Data.
Please note that when you use our Services, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the UK, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as the UK. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, such as implementing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or relying on other valid legal mechanisms as permitted by applicable laws.
For these transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards as permitted under the GDPR such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or we transfer the personal information pursuant to Article 49 (1) (b) of the GDPR to provide our Services pursuant to the Terms & Conditions. If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you reside, you should immediately stop accessing or using the Services.
10. Your Photos
The photos and other content that you upload to your account ("Your Content") may include personal information about you or others. You should confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals appearing in Your Content before uploading or sharing such content. We will treat your content as confidential and only share it with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing our services. These providers are obligated not to use Your Content for any other purpose.
We value the trust you place in us when you store your Content on our platform, and we can assure you that we treat your Content as private information that belongs to you. We share your photos only in order fulfillment and providing our services. In order to provide our service, the CALLIE employees and agents who work to fulfill your order and service your account may see your Content in the course of performing their jobs. Similarly, if you order a product that includes Your Content, we may share Your Content with service providers who help us fulfill your order. These parties are only allowed to use your photos to perform services for CALLIE, though – they can't use them for any other purpose.
